Following in his father’s footsteps, Elias launched the AL ROWSHA ALUMINIUM Factory in 1992.
Elias was approached by one of the UAE’s leading Construction companies with an offer to merge his factory as a Division within that company. He than played a pivotal role in establishing one of the most prominent aluminium and glazing factories in the region. Serving as the Division Manager for 25 years, Elias undertook some of the region’s most complex and high-profile projects, cementing his reputation as an industry leader.
